About Voice Products

Our mission at Voice Products is to always exceed customer expectations with an emphasis on total customer satisfaction.

We will offer all our customers qualified personnel for sales, product training, timely service, and software support as part of our continuing commitment to service. In all customer relations, Voice Products will uphold the fundamental values of integrity, professionalism, and responsibility.

Voice Products
was founded in 1990 by Dean Tullis and Stuart Peters, as a Lanier Worldwide dictation/transcription and voice logging distributorship. Over the years, the company has expanded into three distinct divisions: healthcare solutions, public safety, and call center recording.

Today, Voice Products has 44 employees throughout the Midwest and the United States and provides technology solutions to some of the largest hospitals and clinics, doctor offices, law firms as well as federal, state and county government offices and agencies such as police and sheriff’s departments.

Our growth stems from both our partnerships with internationally-recognized companies such as Dolbey Systems and NICE Systems Ltd., and our acquisitions of the Wilber Walker Company in 1995, Executive Communications Corporation in 2009, Sound Recording in 2010, Vectra Solutions in 2015, Grabar Voice and Data in 2017, and most recently Tri-State Electronic Services in 2019.

We provide free consultation and assess the customer’s workflow so we can provide the best solution to their recording or dictation needs. We pride ourselves on our customer service; our phone is answered by a human operator 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

Our growth and experience have earned us national and local recognition. We’ve been named as one of the Top 15 businesses in Kansas, earning the Wichita Business Journal’s Best in Business Award for the last twelve years. Additionally, we have been recognized by INC Magazine as an INC 5000 Fastest Growing Companies in the U.S. for the second year in a row.

Acquisitions & Partnerships

Established in June 1990, Voice Products began its journey leveraging an initial foundation provided by Lanier Worldwide, quickly growing through hard work and determination. Significant early growth was achieved when Mr. Tullis and Mr. Peters acquired the dictation portion of the Wilbur E. Walker family company.

Since then, Voice Products has strategically expanded its capabilities and reach through crucial partnerships and strategic acquisitions. Key partnerships include those with Racal Recorders (now NICE Systems Ltd., beginning in 1994) and Dolbey Systems, Inc. (starting in 2002). Our geographic service area now extends across the North Central and Western United States, supported by the successful acquisitions of Executive Communications Corporation (2009), Sound Recording (2010), Vectra Solutions (2015), Grabar Voice and Data Inc. (2017), and Tri-State Electronic Services, Inc. (2019).

We are particularly excited to announce our recent acquisitions of Infoware, Inc. and Kilpatrick Equipment Company. As one of the first Dolbey dealers since 1994, these acquisitions strengthen our ability to provide exceptional sales, service, and support for your Dolbey products and cloud solutions. We are committed to upholding the same high standards of customer service and satisfaction that the leaders of these companies, like Karen, Ray Lenow, and Steve Kilpatrick, established.

Today, we serve a wide range of clients—including some of the largest hospitals, clinics, law firms, doctor offices, and Federal, State, and County government agencies. We pride ourselves on offering free consultations to assess each customer’s unique needs and workflow, ensuring we provide the best solution for their recording or dictation requirements.

Our Commitment to Excellence and Support
Our commitment to providing exceptional sales and service extends through a broad network of technology partnerships, including: AT&T, Avaya, Cisco, Dragon, Edesix, Encore, Intrado, iRecord, Nuance, Philips, Motorola, Olympus, Open Options, Salient, and VIQ, in addition to our core partnerships with NICE Systems and Dolbey.

We have over 50 employees nationwide ready to address any service and support needs. Our service excellence is reflected in our dedication to answering our phones live 24/7, meaning you can often speak directly to a technician or trainer when you call. Providing excellent customer service is a source of pride for Voice Products, and we look forward to developing a long-term and beneficial relationship with your organization.

For service and support, you may contact us at 800-466-1152 at any time (including outside of business hours) or at support@VoiceProducts.com during regular business hours..
